TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing from Shadowsintheday, I take it that you have deemed to have understood and is obliged to comply to the following terms and conditions.
1. Items may not look exactly in real due to lighting conditions. Buyers must accept the discrepancy.
2. No backing out once you have placed orders.
3. Refund will only be made when items are out of stock, or colour is no longer available.
4. All prices are exclusive of postage unless stated.
5. Your items will only be processed once I have received your payment.
6. Please be punctual if you opt for meet-ups. Items will be confiscated if you are late for more than 10 mins.
7. In the event that you are unable to turn up, please inform me at least one hour before the meet-up time.
8. My responsibility ends once I have sent out your items.
9. Payments can be made by bank transfer to POSB Savings Account 194-83388-1.
10. For collection, postage is recommended as meetups
11. Nevertheless, I do meet-ups at my convenience. Pasir Ris - Tanah Merah.
12. Terms and conditions are subjected to changes without prior notice.
